Kansas insurance regulators recovered more than $10 million in 2010 for consumers

Good news from the Kansas Insurance Department: the agency recovered more than $10 million in insurance claims for policyholders in 2010. In a year-end report, the department said that while the amount recovered was lower than in previous years, the number of complaints also dropped off.
