Over $9 million in insurance claims recovered in Georgia

Thousands of Georgians settled disputes with their insurance companies in 2013, collectively receiving over $9.3 million in claims. Many would not have received that money, says Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens, without the help of his Consumer Services Division. “Representatives in my Consumer Services Division helped consumers and businesses retrieve $9,353,702.10,” Hudgens said.
