Police: Woman filed false police, insurance reports on car boyfriend wrecked

A Rome woman collected more than $13,000 after filing false police insurance claims and police reports on a vehicle, reports stated. According to Floyd County Jail records: Ashley Marie Osborne, 24, of 7 Garden Court North, was arrested Tuesday, Feb. 8, and charged with felony fraudulent charges of insurance claims.
