Two N.C. men arrested in insurance fraud investigation

Two Morganton men were arrested Friday afternoon after they allegedly set a car on fire to collect insurance money. Brothers Torry Lane Mullins, 44, and Chadwick Andrew Mullins, 30, both of 104 Redbud Drive in Morganton, were charged with felony burning of personal property by the Morganton Public Safety Department. Torry also was charged with a misdemeanor solicitation of a felony by authorities and felony insurance fraud by the Department of Insurance.
